Hlaing Yin Win

Hlaing Yin Win is an experienced Partnership Officer at UNOPS since June 2017 and has been involved with the Myanmar Education Consortium as an M&E Officer since May 2014. With a strong background in monitoring and evaluation, Hlaing Yin Win collaborates with various teams to enhance project implementation and supports the development of M&E plans for partners. Hlaing Yin Win has also served as an M&E Officer for Save the Children International since July 2008, focusing on data management and field evaluations. Additional experience includes mentoring and strengthening capacities of community-based organizations and earlier roles in financial assistance and loan management at FAO and Pact. Hlaing Yin Win holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the Yangon Institute of Economic and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Dagon University.
