Lillian Solheim is an experienced professional with a strong background in project development, finance, and international collaboration focused on child rights and social cohesion. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Redd Barna since February 2023, Lillian has previously worked as a Course Facilitator for the Ship for World Youth Programme, designing and delivering courses on social cohesion and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
