Lillian Solheim

Lillian Solheim is an experienced professional with a strong background in project development, finance, and international collaboration focused on child rights and social cohesion. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Redd Barna since February 2023, Lillian has previously worked as a Course Facilitator for the Ship for World Youth Programme, designing and delivering courses on social cohesion and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Lillian's extensive experience includes roles as a Senior Advisor at Bufdir, managing the Erasmus+: Youth in Action programme, and working with Kulturrådet and the Norwegian Helsinki Committee on EEA Grants. Lillian's educational qualifications encompass a Master's in International Relations and Conflict Management from the University of Kent and various executive and postgraduate degrees in European integration and storytelling strategies.
