Mathias Slettholm

Senior Advocacy Advisor at Save the Children Norway

Mathias Slettholm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advocacy and international relations. Currently serving as a Senior Advocacy Advisor at Save the Children Norway since September 2021, Mathias also holds the position of International Advisor at Tankesmien Agenda and works as a Political Adviser for KrF, advising Secretary General Hilde Frafjord Johnson on international relations and Norwegian ODA. In addition, Mathias participates in the Diplomatic Outreach Team for New Story Leadership for the Middle East and has experience as a tourist guide at the Norwegian Folk Museum. Previous roles include serving as a Political Advisor for SOS-barnebyer Norge. Mathias holds a Master of Science degree in Migration from The London School of Economics and Political Science and has degrees in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Oslo, along with undergraduate studies in Near and Middle Eastern Studies at American University.
