Laura G.

Laura G. is an experienced humanitarian and development professional with a strong background in strategic leadership and organizational change. Currently serving as the Humanitarian Transformation Lead at Save the Children UK, Laura collaborates on innovative solutions for the humanitarian sector. Previous roles include Strategy Manager at CDP, where Laura facilitated the development of impactful strategies across global teams, and Head of Network Development and Member Engagement at Start Network, managing significant organizational change during the pandemic. Laura has also held positions with the Liberal Democrats as a Parliamentary Candidate, and as a Humanitarian Adviser for DFID, leading efforts for South Sudanese refugees and resilience programming in Sudan. Additional experience includes roles with Save the Children UK, Folkekirkens Nødhjælp, and Oxfam across various locations. Laura holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics from the University of London, a Master's Degree in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute, and a BA (Hons) in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
