Ray Shirazi

Ray is the founding partner of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP’s highly regarded structured products practice, With 30 years of experience, Ray has pioneered the development of a wide spectrum of financial products ranging from equity, rates, and commodity products for end-users and sell-side market participants. Through the years he has accumulated a vast reservoir of market information concerning financial products and their tax, regulatory and economic aspects. Ray received his J.D. from The University of California at Los Angeles, where he was the Managing Editor of the UCLA Law Review.
