Miika Engstrom has held various roles in the business world since 2011. Miika has been the Chairman of Kotiolo Terrace Oy since 2011, a Member of the Board of Ilves Hockey Oy since 2014, Head of Payment Solutions Finland for Resurs Bank since 2015, Member of Municipal Council for Kirkkonummen kunta - Kyrkslätts kommun - Municipality of Kirkkonummi since 2017, Chairman of Scalarium Oy since 2017, CEO of Fixura Ab Oy since 2017, Board Member of Fixura Ab Oy since 2018, Chief Executive Officer of Forseti Capital Oy since 2018, and Chief Revenue Officer of Savelend since 2021. Miika is also a Board Member of Fixura since 2021.

Miika Engstrom attended Lund University from 1996 to 1997, studying Economics. Miika then attended the University of Helsinki from 1997 to 2001, studying Political Science.
