Mayank Jain has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on capital markets. Mayank began their career as an Analyst at CBRE Asia Pacific in 2015 and later joined Colliers International as a Senior Analyst in 2016. At Colliers International, they also worked as an Assistant Manager, where they executed transactions involving a total investment quantum of approximately INR 1500 Cr. In 2018, they achieved a significant accomplishment by executing an institutional sale of a high-value asset in Bangalore at one of the most aggressive Capitalisation Rates ever recorded in India's real estate market.

Mayank then transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield as a Manager, where they played a crucial role in driving business growth and deepening relationships with various stakeholders in the NCR region. Mayank advised clients on real estate transactions across multiple platforms, providing services ranging from disposition services to strategic partnerships, development, construction finance, and acquisition funding.

Currently, Mayank is working at Savills India, where they hold the role of Director and Head - North India - Capital Markets. Prior to this position, they served as the General Manager and India Lead - Key Accounts, Capital Markets at Savills India, where they were responsible for managing key accounts and driving the organization's growth. Before that, they were the Assistant General Manager, Key Accounts - Capital Markets India. In the same year, they also completed a Certificate Course in Financial Modelling and Econometrics from the Bombay Stock Exchange. In 2017, Mayank Jain pursued a Certificate Course on IFRS, Ind AS, and GST from the University of Delhi, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
