Robert Smyth

Robert Smyth is an experienced Energy Bureau Analyst at Savills Ireland since March 2022, having previously worked as an Energy Trader at ElectroRoute from October 2019 to March 2022. In the role at ElectroRoute, Robert maintained knowledge of power markets across Ireland, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, France, and Belgium, and traded power for significant thermal and wind portfolios, which represented 15% of Ireland's power supply. Robert holds a Master of Science in Energy Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics, both earned at Trinity College Dublin, with the master's degree completed in 2019 and the bachelor's degree in 2018.
