Carlos Bajo Mrics

Carlos Bajo MRICS has had a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Carlos started their career as a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser at Grupo Tasvalor in November 2005, before moving on to become a Real Estate Asset Manager at Grupo Puigverd in May 2006. In February 2008, they joined Savills España as a Senior Analyst in Capital Markets, where they worked until March 2014. During their time at Savills, they held several roles including Director of Capital Markets and National Director of Office Capital Markets. In September 2017, Carlos joined RICS as a Member of the Real Estate Commercial Property, MRICS.

Carlos Bajo MRICS has a diverse education history in the field of real estate and property. Carlos obtained their MRICS (Real Estate Commercial Property) degree from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2017. Prior to that, they completed a program in Financial Modeling of Real Estate Investments at the Instituto Español de Analistas Financieros in 2015. In 2009, they obtained a Master's degree in Real Estate Management from Aguirre Newman. Carlos also pursued further education at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they completed a Master's program in Urban and Real Estate Management from 2007 to 2008. Carlos'seducational journey began at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture in the period from 1998 to 2005. Additionally, Carlos attended Del Oro High School in California, United States of America.
