Natalie Barnard

Natalie Barnard is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Advisor at Fishawack Health since October 2019, having previously held the role of HR Assistant there. Prior to this, Natalie worked as a Human Resources Assistant at JourneyHR for a short period in August 2019 and participated in the Students in Classroom scheme at Nottingham Trent University, supporting disadvantaged students in a local primary school from January to April 2019. Natalie's early experience includes a role as a Talent Assistant at Oakleaf Partnership Limited, where contributions included managing social media content and advising on website enhancements, and a position as a Travel Consultant and Special Assistance Manager at TUI. Natalie began their career as a Shop Assistant at Waitrose and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and American Studies from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2019.
