Anup Azhagiri

Anup Azhagiri has a diverse and extensive work history. Anup started their career in 2002 as a Support Engineer for America Online Member Services. Anup then worked as a Support Engineer for HP GDIC, where they gained recognition for identifying new fixes and creating internal knowledge documents.

In 2004, Anup joined Infosys Technologies as a Software Engineer/Analyst. Anup was involved in the inception phase of projects, writing use cases and workflow diagrams, and performing gap analysis. Anup later served as a Business Systems Analyst/Data Analyst, acting as a liaison between business users and development teams. Anup also assisted in maintaining project portfolios and SOX compliance activities.

From 2009 to 2010, Anup worked at Ness Technologies as a Programmer Analyst, specializing in leasing, loan, and finance applications. Anup upgraded application databases and developed scalable processes for transitioning to virtual data centers.

Returning to Infosys in 2010, Anup held multiple roles. As an Information Technology Lead, they optimized leasing applications by implementing asset management tools and automating reports. Anup then became a Strategic Accounts Management Consultant, focusing on optimizing supply chains and researching prospective clients.

Anup's most recent role, starting in 2018, is as a Technical Account Director at Saviynt, Inc.

Overall, Anup has a strong background in IT and project management, with expertise in software development, systems analysis, and client solutions. Anup has consistently demonstrated their ability to analyze data, generate reports, and offer actionable steps for process improvement.

Anup Azhagiri has an extensive education history. In 1989, they graduated from Rishi Valley School with a Grade 10 degree in General studies. From 1996 to 1998, Anup attended Bhavans Baroda and obtained a Grade 12 degree in Science. In 1998, they enrolled in Vellore Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering, completing the program in 2002.

Later on, Anup decided to further enhance their skills and knowledge by pursuing an MBA in Engineering Management at Coventry University, which they completed from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Anup Azhagiri has obtained several certifications to strengthen their expertise. Anup became a Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) in January 2019, earned a certification in Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age from Harvard’s Office of the Vice Provost for Advances in Learning, in association with HarvardX, in March 2018, and completed a Managed PKI certification with Symantec in December 2017. Prior to these achievements, Anup also obtained the Certified Payment Card Industry Security Implementer, CPISI, certification from SISA Information Security in August 2015, and became a CISA in June 2015. Anup further expanded their skills by obtaining the ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor certification in April 2015 from Exemplar Global, Inc.
