Rajesh Chairmakani

Rajesh Chairmakani began their work experience in 2000 as a Software Engineer Trainee at Bisquare Systems Pvt. Ltd. Rajesh then worked as a Senior Member Technical Staff at Planetasia from 2001 to 2002. From 2002 to 2006, Rajesh served as a Sr Systems Analyst at CrimsonLogic India Pvt Ltd, where they were involved in various pre-sales and proposal delivery for government projects.

In 2006, Rajesh joined Novell and held multiple roles including Manager - Software Engineering and A. Senior Manager. During their time at Novell, they led global teams and was responsible for delivering quality products on time. Rajesh also introduced process improvements and acted as a single point of contact for various functions such as product management and customer support.

Most recently, Rajesh worked at Saviynt, Inc. as the Director of Engineering. Rajesh was part of the leadership team responsible for building the Enterprise Identity Cloud product for fortune 100 customers. Rajesh led multiple teams of top-notch engineers, ensuring timely delivery of projects with quality. Rajesh championed engineering excellence, mentored and developed managers and engineers.

Rajesh Chairmakani's education history is as follows:

From 1995 to 1999, Rajesh attended Mepco Schlenk and obtained a B.E degree in Electrical and Electronics. Then, in 1999, they enrolled at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani for a year, where they pursued an ME degree in Electronics and Control. Following this, Rajesh joined Madurai Kamaraj University from 2001 to 2004 to earn an MBA in International Trade and Finance.

Additionally, Rajesh obtained two certifications. In December 2008, they received the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. More recently, in November 2020, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
