Shawn H.

Shawn H. has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Shawn is currently working as a Solutions Engineering Manager at Saviynt since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Okta, Inc. for six years, starting in July 2015 and serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer - Team Lead. Before that, Shawn was a Sales Engineer at Courion Corporation from September 2014 to July 2015. Shawn also worked at Fiserv for over ten years as a Lead Systems Analyst, starting in October 2003 and ending in September 2014. Shawn's early career was with Pratt & Whitney, where they held the position of Electronic Production Support System Engineer from January 2001 to January 2003.

Shawn H. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Central Connecticut State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the following certifications: Okta Certified Administrator from Okta, Inc. in January 2021, and Okta Certified Professional from Okta, Inc. in September 2020.
