Bill Branch is an experienced IT professional and ServiceNow Solution Architect currently working at SilverEdge Government Solutions since June 2022, while also serving as an ITSM Solution Architect at Savli Group since January 2017. Bill has an extensive background with the United States Department of Defense, where a 36+ year career included roles as Service Asset & Configuration Management, Knowledge Management, and Problem Management Process Owner. Bill’s educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence from the Defense Intelligence College and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mississippi State University. Additionally, Bill was involved with the First Baptist Church of Laurel from 1980 to 2017 and held a position in IT Service Management within the Department of Defense from 2009 to 2015.
