Ed Poppert

Ed Poppert has extensive experience in operations and product management. Ed worked at Savox Communications from 2013 to an unspecified end date, serving as the Director of Operations. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at Savox Communications Ltd from July 2007. In this role, they managed all manufacturing operations in North America, including sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, service, and product compliance. Ed also worked closely with other departments and facilities globally. Before joining Savox Communications, Ed was a Sr. Product Manager at Telex Communications from November 1999 to July 2007. Ed was responsible for recommending, planning, and developing new audio and acoustic products for hazardous locations and two-way radio markets. Ed managed the life cycle of existing product portfolios and established training protocols. Ed's earlier experience includes working as a Focused Factor Manager at EGS-EG LLC from May 1996 to November 1999. In this role, they oversaw the Connectors and Fittings product line, managing the entire process from raw material procurement to distribution. Ed led a large staff and implemented lean techniques that significantly improved fill rates.

Ed Poppert attended South Dakota Mines from 1985 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
