Sr. Development Analyst, Product Development at Savvas Learning

Natalya Voropaeva has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Natalya began their career in 2000 as a Learning Systems Designer at McLeodUSA. From 2003 to 2017, they worked at Pearson, initially as a Sr. Instructional Designer in Marketing and later transitioning to the role of Sr. Design & Development Analyst in Product Development. At Pearson, they focused on gathering requirements for moving print products to digital, ensuring instructional consistency, and incorporating universal design principles for equal learning experiences. Since October 2019, Natalya Voropaeva has been with Savvas Learning Co (formerly Pearson K12 Learning) as a Sr. Development Analyst in Product Development.

Natalya Voropaeva earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Instructional Design & Development with a focus on Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Iowa. Natalya attended the University from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Philology and Cross Cultural Communication at Moscow State Linguistic University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Natalya has obtained several certifications. Natalya completed the "Gamification of Learning" certification from Lynda.com in June 2018. In January 2017, they obtained certifications in "Design 101: Presentations" and "Video Script Writing" from Lynda.com. Natalya also acquired the "Before and After: Graphic Design Techniques" certification from Lynda.com in October 2016.
