Sara Anderson

Sara Anderson, M.Ed., currently serves as a Curriculum Specialist at Savvas Learning Company since May 2022. Previously, Sara held the position of 6th Grade Social Studies Teacher at New Heights Academy Charter School from August 2021 to May 2022, and was a Lead Teacher at ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP CHARTER SCHOOL between June 2020 and July 2021. Prior experience also includes a role as Middle School Science Teacher at Providence Public Schools from June 2018 to June 2020, and as an Admissions Fellow at Lehigh University from July 2017 to May 2018. In terms of education, Sara is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Curriculum, Teaching, Learning, and Leadership at Northeastern University, expected to complete in 2025, and holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University as well as an Individualized Master of Education from Rhode Island College. A Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology was earned from Lehigh University in 2018.
