Mark Coons

Mark Coons has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Mark began their career in 1990 as a Reinsurance Broker for E.W. Payne. Mark then moved to Chubb Insurance in 1991, where they worked as an Underwriter. In 1995, they joined Holborn Corporation as an Assistant Vice President. In 1999, they became the Executive Director of Loyalist Insurance Group. In 2013, they were appointed Director at Howden Insurance Brokers. In 2019, they founded and became the CEO of Savvi Insurance. At Savvi, they are utilizing technology to prevent losses, keep customers safe and save them money.

Mark Coons attended Trinity College School in Port Hope, Canada from 1984 to 1988. Mark then went on to obtain a B.A. in Politics & International Relations from Queen's University from 1988 to 1991. In 1996, they earned an Associate in Reinsurance from the College of Insurance in New York, NY.
