Lynnsie McClellan, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lynnsie started their career as a Signals Intelligence Analyst in the United States Army from 2007 to 2015. During their time there, they gained experience in intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance support systems.
In 2013, they joined the National Security Agency (NSA) as a Branch Training Manager and Cryptologic Systems Instructor, where they trained a workforce on collection systems and supervised trainers and trainees. Lynnsie also played a key role in planning and platform-instructing training for an upgraded operational collection system, resulting in significant time and cost savings for the NSA.
From 2009 to 2012, McClellan served as a Senior Trainer and Resource Coordinator at the NSA's Resource Coordination Center. In this role, they worked closely with various NSA organizations and intelligence community members to coordinate and track resource constraints and impacts. Lynnsie also provided training on the event coordination process, ensuring all personnel achieved 100 percent proficiency.
In 2015, McClellan joined Alternative Certification for Teachers (ACT) as a student for a brief period before transitioning to Sawdey Solution Services. At Sawdey Solution Services, they held multiple roles, including Cyber Training Specialist/Contract Site Lead and Business Operations Manager. In these positions, they managed government contracts, collaborated with subcontractors, and provided oversight for standardized cyber operations training. Lynnsie also played a crucial role in writing and editing technical contract proposals and authored monthly status reports for government customers.
Currently, McClellan holds the position of Senior Director of Operations at Sawdey Solution Services, where they continue to oversee operations and manage a team of employees.
Lynnsie McClellan, PMP completed their education in a chronological order. Lynnsie began their academic journey by attending American Military University from 2009 to 2012, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Following this, they furthered their education at Colorado State University, where they earned a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Education and Human Resource Studies with a focus on Adult Education and Training from 2016 to 2018.
In addition to their academic achievements, Lynnsie McClellan has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2019. It is also worth noting that they possess another certification, namely the TExES English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR) 7-12 Grade, although the institution and the date of attainment are unknown.
