Rich Tucker

Rich Tucker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rich started their career in the military, serving in the US Army from 2005 to 2016. During their time in the army, they held several leadership positions such as Battalion Operations Sergeant Major and Company First Sergeant, where they were responsible for tactical planning and training of soldiers. Rich also served as a Small Group Instructor for the Sergeant Major Course and as a team sergeant major for the Military Transition Team.

After their military career, Rich Tucker worked as a personal trainer at ELP Forged in Steel Personal Training and as an owner of SWTX construction. Rich also worked briefly at YWCA as an L.I.F.T. instructor.

In 2017, Rich Tucker joined Team Odin as a student and leader, while concurrently working as a personal trainer and owner. In 2019, they joined the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as an officer.

In 2020, Rich Tucker took on two leadership roles. Rich became the Operations Lead at SAWTST, LLC and the President and Principal at LFTF Consulting "Lead From The Front".

Rich Tucker began their education in 2001 at Troy University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science. Rich completed their undergraduate studies in 2008. In 2017, Tucker attended Vista College and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Construction Management, finishing their studies in 2018. Rich then enrolled in Southern New Hampshire University in 2020, where they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, in the same year, Tucker also attended the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) to complete a Project Management Program focusing on Project Management.
