Danie Blignaut is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Sous Chef at Saxon Hotel, Villas and Spa since July 2014. Prior to this role, Danie worked as a Chef at Profusion Food from February 2013 to July 2014. Danie completed a diploma in Chef Training at the Chef Training and Innovation Academy between 2010 and 2012 and holds a certificate in Pastry Skills Development from FBI.
