Neel Patel has a diverse work experience in the fields of operations, talent acquisition, and recruiting. Neel is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations and Client Success at Pereview Software, where they play a key role in providing real estate firms with data-driven solutions for better risk management and decision-making. Prior to this, Neel worked at Saxony Partners as Vice President of Operations and Director of Talent Acquisition. Neel also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at WorldVentures Holdings, where they oversaw talent solutions and collaborated with executive leadership for hiring strategies. Neel has experience in technology recruiting, having worked as a Senior Technology Recruiter at Robert Half Technology and a Technology Recruiter at Matrix Resources and Randstad Technologies US. Additionally, they have worked as a Corporate Recruiter at RealPage, Inc., and a Recruiter at The CSI Companies. Before venturing into the corporate world, Neel was the Founder/Owner of Neya Interests, LLC, where they operated a sandwich shop.

Neel Patel obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma between the years 2006 and 2009.
