Neelesh Sharma

Neelesh Sharma has a wide range of work experience in various industries. Neelesh started their career at Essar Projects Ltd. as an Assistant Manager, where they planned and executed industrial construction projects. Neelesh then worked at SCC Projects Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager, managing a team and optimizing resources for construction projects.

Neelesh also worked at Schneider Electric Solar Business as a Project Coordinator and Supply Chain Expert, managing supply chain activities for different business units. At Sauder School of Business at UBC, they pursued an MBA degree.

Later, Neelesh joined BuildDirect Technologies as a Strategic Consultant and Business Analyst, leading the implementation of a super distribution center and improving processes. Currently, they are working at SAXX as a Product Owner, responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements and engaging stakeholders for solution designing.

Neelesh Sharma completed their B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, between the years 2003 and 2007. Neelesh then pursued an MBA in General Management from the UBC Sauder School of Business, from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Neelesh Sharma has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, both in 2022 and 2023 respectively. Neelesh also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Foundations and Negotiating Your Salary, obtained in 2018 from LinkedIn.
