Gabrielle Gonzalez

Gabrielle Gonzalez (she/her) is the first Director of People Experience at Sayge. Her passion for coaching began a couple of years ago when she had a life-changing experience with her first coach. Since then, she felt compelled to integrate said passion with her experience in the people space.

Gabby previously held people roles at mission-oriented start-ups, most recently as the Head of Culture & Engagement at Change.org. A native New Yorker and a child of immigrants, Gabby spends a lot of time mind-mapping ways companies can use a people-first mindset to foster inclusive cultures, ones that deepen staff’s sense of purpose and connection not only to one another but the mission of the company. Through her authentic and strategic leadership, she hopes to inspire other companies outside of Sayge to do the same.

In her free time, you can find Gabby eating her way through New York City, taking care of her plants, enjoying the sunshine, and playing with her cat Panda.
