Harvey W. has extensive work experience in the construction and dispute management industries. Harvey is currently working as a Commercial Director at S&B USA Construction - Fay - Fay Southeast since September 2022. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, they served as a Commercial Manager at American Bridge Company. Harvey also has experience in contracts and claims management, having worked at Dispute Analytics International, LLC from 2006 to 2018. Before entering the private sector, they worked as a Project Manager at Carrolland Corp. from 2002 to 2006. Harvey began their career in the US Army as a Combat Engineer from 1993 to 2002.

Harvey W. holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Construction Law from Robert Gordon University. In addition, they have certifications as a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) from the American Institute for Constructors and as a Member (MCIArb) from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
