Laurie Roy

Laurie Roy has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position as the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at S&B USA Construction. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Concordia Lutheran Ministries. Laurie also held various roles at Alcoa, including Vice President of Corporate HR and Global Talent Management, Director of Human Resources for Corporate Resource Units, Global Human Resources Director, and HR Manager. In these positions, Laurie demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, strategic HR planning, and employee engagement.

Laurie Roy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Psychology from Charter Oak State College. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2007.
