Adi Bucher

Adi Bucher currently serves as Leiter Human Resources at SBB CFF FFS since June 2025. Prior to this, Adi Bucher held the position of Head of Human Resources & Organizational Development at BLKB from September 2020 to April 2025, where responsibilities included supporting business transformation and enhancing the organization's attractiveness as an employer. Adi Bucher also has extensive experience at Swisscom, with various leadership roles in Human Resources from January 2004 to July 2020, focusing on HR activities across Sales, Services, Products, and Marketing. Educational qualifications include a Licentiate degree in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie from the University of Bern and a MAS ZFH in HR Leadership from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich, among others.
