Thomas Roseng

Thomas Roseng has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Thomas is currently working at SBB CFF FFS as the Chief Architect and Product Manager Digital Governance Architecture since November 2019. Before that, they worked as a lecturer at Fernfachhochschule Schweiz since August 2018. Thomas also has experience working at Swisscom, where they held multiple roles including Solution Manager, Technology Officer - New Business and Innovation, and Enterprise Architect from 2010 to 2019. Additionally, they worked as a lecturer at Bildungszentrum Zürichsee BZZ from February 2017 to June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Siemens as Solution Manager Healthcare and Enterprise Architect in 2009 and at Swisscom IT Services as a Solution Architect from 2005 to 2009. Thomas started their career at Alcatel-Lucent Switzerland as a System Architect from 2000 to 2004.

Thomas Roseng has a diverse education history. In 1995, they earned a Dipl. Ing. FH degree in Information Technology from FHNW and also obtained a degree in FH, Informatik&Kommunikation from Fachhochschule Nordwest Schweiz. Thomas later pursued further education, receiving a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Informatics from FHSG in 2004. In 2006, they completed a Master of Advanced Studies in Medical Informatics Management from BFH Management Zentrum. In 2000, they attended ETH Zürich, although the degree obtained is unspecified. The focus of their studies at ETH Zürich was on Verteilte Systeme and ubiquitous computing.
