Anna Parfenova

Anna Parfenova is an experienced Product Owner and Senior Analyst with a robust background in banking IT solutions and project management. Currently at Sberbank CIB since October 2019, Anna leads a team on the Trade Finance e-Banking Web Application Project, focusing on defining application scope, continuous improvement, client experience enhancement, and stakeholder reporting. Previously, Anna contributed to core banking system transformation projects at Sberbank Switzerland and implemented diverse banking IT solutions at Синимекс and Rosgosstrakh. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics and a Master's degree in Business Analysis from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, Anna possesses a solid educational foundation to support extensive technical expertise in requirements lifecycle management, system analysis, and project execution in multicultural environments.
