Sam Washington

Sam Washington has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic development and organizational support. They served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sayres and Associates starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. from 2018 to the present. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the strategic development of HR and organizational development, providing subject matter expertise in collaboration with the business development team, and leading strategic consulting in areas such as culture and change management. Before joining SBG Technology Solutions, Inc., Sam Washington worked as the Director of Human Resources at ASD from 2007 to 2018. In this role, they served as a key member of ASD's management team, facilitated HR initiatives, acted as a Human Resources Business Partner Lead, and provided executive level leadership for multiple locations.

Sam Washington obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from National Louis University. Prior to that, Sam earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Alcorn State University. Additionally, Sam completed a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from National Louis University.
