Sabyasachi Ghosh

Sabyasachi Ghosh has had a diverse career in the legal field. Sabyasachi'smost recent role was as Deputy Vice President (Legal) at SBI Card, starting in December 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Royal Enfield for three years, first as a Manager (Corporate Legal) from March 2015 to April 2017, and then as a Team Manager (Corporate Legal) from April 2017 to December 2018. At Royal Enfield, they led corporate legal initiatives and was responsible for contract drafting and review for various projects.

Before joining Royal Enfield, Sabyasachi worked at Axiom as a Senior Associate in the Contracts Management team for British Telecom from June 2014 to March 2015. Sabyasachi was involved in reviewing, vetting, and drafting procurement and sales contracts, as well as risk analysis.

From August 2010 to June 2014, Sabyasachi worked at CPA Global as a Senior Analyst in the Rio Tinto Team. Sabyasachi'sresponsibilities included contract management, transaction support, risk analysis, and designing contracting templates.

Sabyasachi started their legal career at Kumar Garg and Associates in October 2007, where they worked as an Associate Advocate handling civil and criminal assignments.

In addition, Sabyasachi had a brief stint at Manupatra in 2010 as an Editor Legal, where they gained experience in legal editing.

Sabyasachi Ghosh completed senior secondary education in Commerce at Delhi Public School Noida in 2001. Sabyasachi then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General at Delhi University. Later, they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) with a specialization in Energy Laws from UPES. Sabyasachi Ghosh also holds various professional certifications, including an Executive Program in Fintech, Banking and Applied Risk Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, a Certified EU GDPR Practitioner from TÜV SÜD, and a Certified POSH Trainer from TÜV SÜD. Sabyasachi has also obtained certifications such as Professional Certificate in Commercial Arbitration from the Indian Institute Of Arbitration and Mediation, Certificate in Intellectual Property rights from the Indian Society of International Law, Certificate in Project Management from the IIT Delhi Alumni Association & International Programmes, and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from QAI Global Institute.
