Shalini Kohli

Shalini Kohli has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Shalini is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Internal Communication at SBI Card. Prior to this, they served as an Independent Director at Lawrbit Global Compliance Network, where they played a crucial role in helping the company establish its HR processes for future expansion. Shalini also worked as the General Manager (Head of Human Resources) for EFS Facilities Services Group in India, where they oversaw the HR operations for the company. Shalini has also been associated with Bank of America as a Senior HR Business Partner, responsible for implementing HR initiatives for the consumer vertical. Earlier in their career, Shalini held the position of Head HR at Prometric, where they implemented change management practices and executed strategies for recruitment and retention. Shalini started their career as an HR Manager at iSON Xperiences Ltd, where they were responsible for various HR functions and played a pivotal role in expanding the company's operations in Kenya and the Middle East.

Shalini Kohli completed their Executive Development Program in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at MDI, Gurgaon from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a PGDBM in the same field at JIMS from 1997 to 2000.
