Ritesh Sinha

Ritesh Sinha, FRM has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance industry. Ritesh joined Canara Bank as a Probationary Officer in 1996 and held various positions before becoming an Assistant Manager (Credit) at a Northern UP Branch. In October 1998, they joined State Bank of India as a Manager and eventually became a Dealer, specializing in forex and interest rate derivatives. During their time at State Bank of India, they also started the Option Book and later became the Chief Manager & Chief Dealer (Fx-swaps), heading a desk dealing primarily in forex forwards and running a significant book. In 2010, Ritesh joined SBI Canada Bank as the Head of Treasury, where they stayed until 2019. Ritesh then transitioned to the role of Deputy General Manager at State Bank of India, and in 2020, they joined SBI Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. as the Chief Financial Officer.

Ritesh Sinha, FRM, obtained a PGDBA degree in Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning in 2009. Prior to that, they completed a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Chemistry, Physics, and Maths from Magadh University in 1992 and an HSC degree in Physics, Chemistry & Maths from the same university in 1989. Ritesh also holds a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification from ACAMS in 2015.
