Sumit Ghosh

Sumit Ghosh is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Head of Human Capital at SBICAP Securities since March 2018. Prior to this role, Sumit held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Axis Bank from September 2012 to March 2018, managing HR functions for the Capital Market Division. From July 2009 to September 2012, Sumit was Senior Manager of Human Resource at JM Financial, overseeing talent acquisition and performance management.
