John Josif

John Josif is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as Vice President at Harvest Partners, LP since May 2022 and holding board member positions at Sparq and SBI, The Growth Advisory, John has previously worked as Vice President at CIP Capital and as a Private Equity Associate at H.I.G. Capital. Additionally, John began a career in investment banking at Jefferies, following an internship at Headwaters MB. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, supplemented by studies at the Prague University of Economics and Business.
