Mariana Dusevic

Mariana Dusevic is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at SBM Management Services, LP since May 2023. Previously, Mariana held key positions such as Head of Talent Acquisition for North America at Alter Domus, where responsibilities included executing the talent acquisition strategy to support growth, and Director of Talent Acquisition at IRI, where collaboration with executive leadership facilitated the development of comprehensive talent strategies. Mariana's career also includes roles as Director of Talent Acquisition at Conversant, LLC and Marketing Resources Solutions, Inc., where strategic recruitment initiatives were implemented, and earlier positions in talent acquisition at IRI, Inc. and Prestige Travel Nurses. Mariana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and English Literature from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA in Marketing from St. John's University.
