Shaun Bean

Shaun Bean currently serves as General Counsel at SBM Management Services, LP, since May 2024, after previously holding the position of U.S. General Counsel at NIO from November 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the legal function across various domains. Before NIO, Shaun was Assistant General Counsel - Litigation and Product Safety at Panasonic North America, where significant achievements included reducing outside counsel expenses and implementing process improvements. Shaun has extensive legal experience from positions at Sedgwick LLP, Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP, Podvey, Meanor, Catenacci, Hildner, Cocoziello & Chattman, P.C., and the Boston Herald. Shaun holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Journalism from Boston University.
