Paul Walters

Paul Walters has extensive work experience in the field of learning technology and training. Paul has held various roles in different companies, starting from their time at Gloucestershire County Council as an SAP Trainer. Paul then worked at Davis Langdon as an SAP Trainer, where they were responsible for producing training manuals and delivering training to employees. Paul later joined BP as an SAP HR Trainer and CA as an SAP FICO Trainer. At Thames Water, they delivered SAP Project Systems training to Project Managers. Following that, they worked at E.ON as an SAP PS & IM Lead Trainer, and at Centrica Energy as an SAP PS & SCM Trainer. Paul then joined GSK as a Learning Technology Specialist, where they designed and implemented learning tools for an ERP deployment and created and maintained learning curriculum in SuccessFactors LMS. At Reckitt, they worked as an ERP Training Technology Specialist, creating and managing MS Power Platform tools and leading a project to improve the training structure setup within SuccessFactors LMS. Currently, at SBM Offshore, they hold the position of ERP Learning Technology Lead, where they have built Power BI dashboards, manages SharePoint sites, and created Excel power query tools. Paul is also leading a project to migrate from CrossKnowledge LMS to SuccessFactors LMS. Overall, Paul Walters has a diverse background in learning technology and training, with a strong focus on ERP systems.
