Nicole McInerney

Nicole McInerney is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Advisory & Services (P&C) at the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia since November 2017, Nicole's career progression reflects a strong focus on performance and partnering, as well as people and culture leadership. Prior to SBS, Nicole was an HR Executive Project Consultant at the Australian Institute of Music, working on projects to establish compliant HR frameworks. Notable previous roles include HR Director for Laureate Australia and New Zealand, Regional Human Resources Manager at Orient-Express Hotels, and Manager of Industry Placement at Le Cordon Bleu.
