Matt Taylor

Matt Taylor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital leadership and strategy development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Digital and Engineering Lead at SBS Bank, Matt has previously held significant roles, including acting Development and Testing Lead and Head of Digital. Prior roles at Post Office Ltd involved leadership in strategy management and product proposition, while Matt’s tenure at ASB Bank featured innovation in digital payments and strategy analysis. As Co-Founder and CEO of FirstHomeCoach NZ, Matt demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside experience as a Rugby Referee. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance from the University of Otago and advanced management studies at Cranfield School of Management.
