Eric Lim Wee Hiok

Eric Lim Wee Hiok (阿伟) has a diverse range of work experience, starting from 2011. Eric has worked as an independent trainer, developer, facilitator, coach, and consultant, where they collaborated with training vendors and consultancies to meet client needs. Eric has expertise in conducting training in soft skills, leadership, strategic retreat facilitation, and team building. Eric has also worked as a Manager of L&D for the Singapore Sports Council, where they led a team and designed training policies and frameworks. Eric served as an L&D Trainer at Marina Bay Sands and as an APAC Learning Manager at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation. At ANZ, they worked as a Talent Management Consultant and L&D Partner, and at One Resource SG Consultancy, they served as a Principal HR Consultant-Trainer and Coach. Eric also worked at Mind Gym as an Associate Coach/Facilitator, at KDi Asia Pte Ltd as a Consultant specializing in Digital Transformation and Change Management, and at Exquisitz Asia as a Director of Executive Search. Currently, Eric works as the VP, L&OD Lead at SBS Transit Ltd, where they manage seven teams responsible for learning and development across the Bus and Rail businesses.

Eric Lim Wee Hiok (阿伟) has a Masters of Science (Human Resource Management) from Edinburgh Napier University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. Eric also has a Graduate Diploma in HR Training and Development from the Singapore Human Resource Institute, completed from 2007 to 2008. In addition, they have a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, earned from 1999 to 2003.

Eric has also obtained various certifications including Identi3 Profiling from Identi3 Profiling in 2018, Certificate of Employment Intermediaries-Key Appointment Holders (CEI-KAH) from the Ministry of Manpower in 2018, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (Client facilitator) from Right Management Singapore in 2015, DDI Certified Facilitator from Development Dimensions International in 2014, Extended DiSC Analyst / Coach from Extended DISC in 2014, Advanced Certificate of Training and Assessment (ACTA) from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency in 2012, Certificate in Life Coaching from the Neuroleadership Group International (Formerly RESULTS System) in 2011, NLP Practitioner from Mind Kinesis Management International LLP (NLP Singapore) in 2011, and Process Facilitator from the Facilitation Network of Singapore (FNS) in 2008.
