Steve Ballering

Steve Ballering is a seasoned aviation professional currently serving as Captain at SC Aviation since May 2021, and previously held the role of Commercial Pilot at CSA Air, Inc. from November 2018 to May 2021. Prior to their aviation career, Steve worked as a Quality Engineer at Maysteel Industries LLC, focusing on quality audits and continuous improvement from October 2015 to November 2018, and as Plant Engineer at Kettle Moraine Coatings, where responsibilities included managing the ISO certification process and safety programs from April 2011 to September 2015. Additionally, Steve served as Director of Quality at Ataco Steel Products from April 2006 to April 2011, leading the transition to the ISO9001:2008 standard. Steve Ballering holds a degree from Concordia University-Wisconsin, earned between 1988 and 1991.
