Catherine Palin

Catherine Palin is a seasoned legal and human resources executive currently serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at SC Johnson since January 2016. Previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Global Consumer Brands within SC Johnson, focusing on strategic HR solutions across a global team of 150 professionals. Prior to SC Johnson, Catherine was with Walgreens Boots Alliance as Vice President of Global HR Planning and Support, overseeing HR strategy and change management. Additional experience includes significant roles at Walgreens and Kellogg Company, where responsibilities spanned international HR integration, employee benefits strategies, and legal compliance. Catherine holds an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree from Western Michigan University.
