Kim Hansen

Kim Hansen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. In 2017, they served as the Managing Director for Bording Link A/S, a subsidiary of F.E. Bording group. In this role, they were responsible for developing, producing, and selling printed materials and digital communication solutions. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Managing Director for Interket A/S, where they focused on transforming the company's label supply business into a value-creating partner for customers. Additionally, they held the position of Commercial Director at Limo Labels A/S in 2017, where they rebranded the merged company. They also served as the Chairman of Ceres Panorama, overseeing the technical responsibilities during the transition phase of the apartment building. Prior to these roles, Kim has experience in various other managerial positions. In 2023, Kim will begin working as the Executive Vice President of Operations at SCADA International, a company that specializes in SCADA expertise for the renewable energy sector. They also worked as a Partner at Human 360 Executive Search & Consulting, where they helped develop leadership programs and provided strategic consulting services. They currently serve as the Chairman of the Board at VARO Machinery A/S and own their own business service company, offering advisory board services and interim management. Additionally, they were a Member of the Insurance Committee at GRAKOM from 2015 to 2021.

Kim Hansen attended Aarhus University from 1983 to 1989, where they obtained a Cand. merc degree in strategic management and marketing. In 1996, they became a certified 4MAT Trainer through Mercuri International Group and also earned the Situational Leadership Trainer certification from the Center for Ledelse. Later, from 2004 to 2006, Kim Hansen pursued a Technology Diploma in construction, product development, and supply chain management at HIH Herning.
