Tamar Rozen

Tamar Rozen is the Vice President of Human Resources at SCADAfence. Prior to joining SCADAfence, Tamar served as the Human Resources Director at JVP from September 2019 to December 2021. Before that, they were the Head of Human Resources at Nano Dimension from January 2016 to December 2019, where they established HR infrastructure, policies, procedures, and organizational processes.

Tamar began their career as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Stratasys from January 2012 to December 2016. Tamar then served as an HR Talent Acquisition Consultant at Siemens CSP from January 2011 to December 2012.

Tamar is a trusted advisor and partner to top management, group managers, and employees. Tamar is passionate about developing and executing plans to support organizational growth and change, and about implementing and maintaining the recruitment process. Tamar also enjoys managing employees' care life cycle- from on-boarding and training to retention and mobilization.

Tamar Rozen has a Master's in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
