Jan Jurko

Jan Jurko has diverse work experience in the field of IT, with a strong focus on Linux administration and cloud infrastructure. Jan started their career in 2004 as an IT consultant at Techniservis, where they provided expert advice and solutions to clients. In 2007, they joined XH CZ as a Linux Administrator and continued their role until 2010. Jan then worked as an IT consultant at CDRmarket from 2007 to 2017. From 2011 to 2019, they served as a Linux Administrator at CleverMonitor. In 2010, they joined it2b s.r.o as a Server Specialist. From 2013 to 2020, they worked as a Linux administrator at SIMPERIA s.r.o. In 2012, they pursued freelance work as a Tradesman at LinuxWay.cz, where they focused on network design, management, and GNU/Linux server administration. Most recently, they held the position of System and Cloud Administrator at SCAILEX GmbH | SCALING LAW FIRMS, which they started in 2020. In the same year, they also worked as a Linux and Cloud Infrastructure Administrator at WEBTHINX. Overall, Jan Jurko has gained extensive experience in Linux administration, cloud infrastructure, network management, and IT consulting throughout their career.

Jan Jurko attended the Secondary Industrial School of Transport from 1999 to 2003. During their time there, they studied digital telecommunications but did not obtain a degree.
