Matylda Kamińska

Matylda Kamińska is an experienced Employer Branding Specialist at Scalac since July 2021, focusing on internal and external branding strategies while managing communication processes. Prior to this role, Matylda held various positions including HR & Employer Branding Intern at PZU and Regional Head at Fundacja Studenckie Forum Business Centre Club, where responsibilities included regional strategy development and recruitment coordination. Additionally, Matylda has gained valuable experience as an HR Intern at FUJIFILM Corporation and as a Fashion Buyer's Assistant at LPP S.A. with roles that involved supporting fashion buyers and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems. Matylda holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Gdansk.
