Monika Hinc

Monika Hinc has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and CSR. Monika began their career as a Public Relations Specialist at the Port of Gdańsk Authority Co. and then worked as a Training & Entrepreneurship Development Specialist at Pomerania Development Agency Co. In 2009, they started working as a Freelance HR CSR ESG Consultant before joining Partner HR in 2013 in the same role. Monika also had an HR Internship at Computacenter and worked as an HR CSR Consultant at Flextronics. Monika Hinc then joined Grupa KOMBINAT as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for implementing development programs, team management, and maintaining relations with clients. Currently, they are working as the Head of Human Resources, ESG at ScalaC and as a Lecturer at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Gdańsku.

Monika Hinc has a diverse education history. In 2002 to 2007, they obtained a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Gdansk. Monika also pursued postgraduate studies in various fields. In 2009 to 2010, they attended Wyższa Szkoła Administracji i Biznesu im. E. Kwiatkowskiego w Gdyni, where they focused on Entrepreneurship and Management. From 2011 to 2012, they enrolled in Szkoła Wyższa Psychologii Społecznej w Warszawie, specializing in Human Resources. In 2018, they obtained an Agile PM Certificate in Project Management from APMG International and Asseco Data Systems.

Furthermore, Monika Hinc has continued their professional development through additional certifications. In 2022, they became a Certified Design Thinking Moderator from the Design Thinking Institute. In 2020, they acquired certifications such as CSR i Innowacje dla zrównoważonego rozwoju from Ministerstwo Funduszy i Polityki Regionalnej, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC), and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. In 2014, they completed the Extended DISC (recruitment and development test/tools) training provided by Extended DISC. Additionally, they gained knowledge in the field of Occupational Health and Safety in 2012 through the Prawo pracy i przepisy BHP course offered by Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Incubator STARTER. Monika Hinc also holds certifications in various areas such as Business Trainer from House of Skills in 2010 and Quality Management Systems from Agencja Rozwoju Pomorza S.A. in 2008.
