Anastasia Pustoutova

Anastasia Pustoutova has a diverse work experience. Beginning in 2016, they worked as a Chemist of the quality control department at Pharmaceutical Company "Health." Anastasia conducted over 7,500 assays for the stepwise control of solid drugs and developed standard working procedures for laboratory equipment. Anastasia also participated in validation projects, testing, and verification of new methods of analysis.

In 2019, Anastasia joined Source iT as a Student IT Recruiting+HR, where they gained experience in IT recruiting and human resources.

Later that year, they joined Nova as a HR Manager Assistant. In this role, they provided support in areas such as onboarding, offboarding, internal communications, appraisal, analytics, talent management, employer brand development, compensation and benefits, and administrative matters.

By 2022, Anastasia had been promoted to the position of Head of Human Resources at Nova. Anastasia'sresponsibilities expanded to include managing the office administrators and overseeing human resources operations for the region of Ukraine and remote employees of the CIS.

In 2023, Anastasia took on the role of Head of Human Resources at both AI EdgeLabs and Scalarr, where they continue to utilize their expertise in HR management.

Anastasia Pustoutova obtained a Master's degree in Administrative Management from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they also earned a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the same university from 2010 to 2016. Additionally, Anastasia has obtained several certifications, including "Finance for HR" from HRD academy at PROFI-CONSULTING in December 2021, HR-director from Laba in December 2021, IT recruiting + HR from SOURCE iT in April 2019, and Green Forest English School from Green Forest English School in February 2019.
