Juan Pablo E.

Juan Pablo E. has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Juan Pablo started their career as an IT/Technology Consultant working independently from November 2008 to January 2011. Juan Pablo then joined Aicotel in January 2011 as a Support and Installation Engineer, where they were responsible for assessing customer needs, designing solutions, installing and configuring hardware and software components, troubleshooting, and providing technical support. During their time at Aicotel, Juan Pablo successfully completed several significant projects, including deploying a network of telephony servers, integrating call center systems, and implementing a high availability and disaster recovery system for a large insurance company. In June 2015, they moved to Escala 24x7 Inc. as a Cloud Engineer. Recently, in January 2021, Juan Pablo assumed the role of Lead TAM - FinOps Specialist at the same company.

Juan Pablo E. obtained a degree in Engineer in the field of Telecommunications from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. Juan Pablo attended this university from 2002 to 2008.
